Posting OSCAR data

Can someone help me respecting posting OSCAR data for other viewers ( experts on this or other Forums ) . How  is that is done ? 

I'm a senior and need very explicit and quite detailed step by step ( preferably written PDF ) printed  instructions  . Is there any such available  that I could print down ?

We have a Wiki Article with explicit instructions on how to do this.

First, you'll need to organize your charts properly & take a screenshot.  Instructions in this article:

Then, you can attach your saved screenshots to a forum post.  Instructions in this article:

If you have further questions, simply ask.  You should be able to print out those articles if you wish.
