The secondhand early model BMC 3B that I had. The screen gives the SNI data as well as on the charts. The machine does have enough data on the screen to self titrate and that is how it is sold in most of the world. The charts are basic and an extra and doesn't give that much more than the screen report. I swapped to resmed s9 when I joined this forum. ( I prefer the resmed even from the start, the preset trigger and rise time was cleaner )
This is the titration guide for the model I had. In the modes, it even has a titration mode. Specifically for the first weeks to determine the P95 accurately.

After the initial titration that the instructions will give, instead of going onto fixed P95 pressure, I would stay in auto. The machine is a bit slow to respond, I guess about the same as respironics. I would have the min pressure 1cm below the P95, same as 95% on sleepyhead etc. The max I'd have a few cm above the p95 based on a 30 day average. Then adjust the min up if there are still significant OA/H/SNI etc. The machine I had didn't report on CA.
If I was in the US, I wouldn't accept it and want a resmed airsense autoset for her model. Though I think the later ones, both have the same two auto modes now. perhaps someone can confirm?

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
