Your Flow Limit looks good. I'd bump up the pressure to 13/18 and leave the PS as it is.

RE: Advice on pressure adjustments
Do you agree with moving trigger to very high or do you think the remaining CAs are transitory?

If trigger is currently medium, change to high. If on high then very-high. Take it step wise rather than all at once.

Checking in will have my consultation today and we'll see what he suggests but still appreciate the help here as I also learn alot through this process. Last night I bumped the VAuto to IPAP Max 18, EPAP Min 13 and kept the trigger at High as i didn't want to step both at same time. Result: Less OA and Hypopneas for sure

Let's bump up your Trigger setting. As you get a little more time under your belt (mask?) with this machine, some of those CAs might start to disappear, and you can drop it back down. We aren't going to worry about that now.

Booya, I just had a fantastic night last night, while there is still some choppy bits, i'm clearly really close to optimized. It was really difficult to stop using the machine cause it felt so great this morning haha. Posted a screenshot to share.

Looking good! Let's keep it there for about a week and then revisit it to see how you are doing. The OAs look positional, since their occurrences are sporadic. They could be caused from either chin tucking, sleeping on your back, or even holding your breath as you change positions. I am hoping that the CAs will subside as you grow more accustomed to the machine. Even if they don't diminish, there are so few of them, I wouldn't worry about it.

RE: Advice on pressure adjustments
Following up here, So i kept 19/3 for a little bit then I did bump it up to 20/14 for comparison as that was another setting that i was recommended to use. I feel like I'm close to where I need to be but I'm really not sure what the next move is, to go back to 19/3 and say there or more. I've attached three nights over the last week for info

Night 1 19/13 continued

Night 2 First time 20/14

Night 3 20/14

Do ignore some gaps in the recording as I was trying the airfit F40 because I started to develop a sore from the mouth tape.

As mentioned turn your trigger rate to very high. Now decide which setting worked best for you and you were most comfortable with either 19/13 or 20 14.  I found for me my setting of 15.6/7.6 with pressure relief at 6.4 woks best for me. It took a while to get there but you will too. Just don't try to change you settings to much at one time take it slow and easy.
