[Pressure] Advice on pressure adjustments

RE: Advice on pressure adjustments
Thank you Uzupan for your suggestion, I am even more so moving in the right direction here, I did return to 19/13 but i think maybe 20/14 might improve the OAs (I felt fine at it) However as you can see below switching to Very High trigger at least for last night removed All CA flags. Holy cow. Also the score is the best score i've had since starting bilevel (even though it has felt so much better, and i realize the machine does flag some false events).

RE: Advice on pressure adjustments
That is awesome, just take time adjusting your pressures and also try changing your pressure, relief and see if that helps. Whenever you change your pressure settings, give it a couple of days before you change them again unless you totally cannot deal with the change. For me personally any thing over 15 is too much for me and it develops too many leaks.

Are you running your machine on vauto or onsa setting? Vauto was more comfortable for me, too

I have been running on S-mode comfort is mostly fine on it, i do have some aerophagia in the mornings but not to a painful level just loud lol. I've also ordered myself a hose holder cause last night i accidentally flipped my machine from wrapping the tube around me haha

I have done that as well. I am a big tie on my bed post that holds the hose. I also changed  my cycle setting to very low. That’s seems to help too. I know not many people mess with that and leave it on medium but I have to try everything at least once!

Checking in with an update, switching trigger to very high has reliably removed CA events from my graphs, I bumped back up to 20/14 to give it a try since it was still comfortable for me and last night i scored one of my lowest ever scores, that being a 0.7!!  However, by this afternoon I feel absolutely exhausted which i'm not really sure why.

That is great news!   I don't know why you feel exhausted. Maybe still getting used to everything. I have good days and not so good days. As long as you feel you have rested well and sleep well that is what I strive for.

RE: Advice on pressure adjustments
Hello everyone again, score ways things have been consistently under 5 now, but I'm still dealing with some intense exhaustion, it got so bad yesterday i had to take a nap for the first time since starting therapy I have attached last night's graph as it was just a normal night with my normal setup. I did try sleeping with the F40 which i do really like but it had some issues near the end partly due to rain out with the hose hanger (ordered a tube sleeve to help with that) and also it got in a weird position not giving nose space to breath. First night below was the F40 experiment (I thought maybe the mask was causing something leading to exhaustion) second night was last night back with P30i.

I also notice with last night while score ways it was a great night, my flow rate is still very spikey and most likely showing minor awakenings all over the place. Should I consider bumping my IPAP max up to 21? Or should I try narrowing the gap on PS bumping EPAP min from 14 to 15? Any advice here would really be helpful, thank you!!

RE: Advice on pressure adjustments
The first thing I see is you didn't have the machine properly configured for the F40. It should have been set to "Full" and not "Pillows".

RE: Advice on pressure adjustments
The packing that comes with the F40 says to use the Pillows setting. I don't know the reasoning behind that and ResMed isn't real forthcoming with advice.

RE: Advice on pressure adjustments
My mistake! The logic escapes me on that recommendation. Based on the design, it is close to the same cubic area and would have the same compressibility as a full mask, like the Evora Full.
