I had lots of CAs and poor overall scores. Prolonged self titration favored CPAP over APAP, and I ended up with CPAP pressure 12. Still lots of CAs and moderate results . I then dropped EPR eventually to 0 with very significant effect to the better. Based on this, for me, further increasing the exhale to inhale pressure may be worth a try and V-com appears to do that. Comments??
