Do I need to change pressure or settings ?
despite using cpap everyday, I wake up tired and feel sleepy during the day. the sleep therapist feels just because the AHI numbers are under control according to the machine, it is all fine.

could someone please help me to figure out what is wrong as i've tried changing settings few times but in vain.

i was on pressure settings 8 - 15 before and yesterday I changed it to 5- 10 as i felt the pressure might be too much for me, but it has not made any difference

please see the attached reports

RE: Do I need to change pressure or settings ?
Welcome

Your charts are very incomplete, but it looks like you are not getting enough sleep.  Are you waking up for long periods of time on purpose, to take the dog out or something?  In any case, I suggest that you set your pressure to 7-15.  You are topping out too much now and need additional room for the pressure to go.  Also, you need to do your charts differently.  I believe that if you have your Oscar chart onscreen you can the tap F12 button and it will copy the parts you need.  We need to see the whole screen, including the left panel, minus the calendar and pie chart, which has a lot of information we need.  As to the chart itself, we need to see the following, in the order listed:  Event Flags, Flow Rate, Leak Rate, and Flow Limits.  Making those changes will help us help you.
