You're opening your mouth all night, which is likely waking you up and MAY be due to not getting enough air. Overall, your data looks terrible, and there's likely lots of room for improvement. It would be interesting to see your flowrate zoomed-in, because in general it looks quite strange to me from this scale. It's quite all-over-the-place, and the expiratory peaks are very inconsistent. The OAs seem quite clustered, suggesting that they could be due to positional apnea, as mentioned above.
Keep your head up
I'm already mouth-taping tightly with medical tape... I'm not sure how conditions could be improved any further. Do I have to resort to heavy-duty masking tape?
How zoomed in do you want? BC daily/weekly seems to jump all over the place, that's what I've been stuck on.

Despite trying my level best, can’t nail down any sort of correlation to relative AHI, leaks, or other data. I do have an O2ring, but often forget to wear it, but generally everything is above 90%.
The inconsistency to everything else is something that's stymied me for ages, I don't get it, BC I feel like I have a "barely functioning" lifestyle as is, nothing much changes. Deeply frustrating. I've found your channel recently & really vibed with it. Locally, it seems me & other sleep apnea patients are sh*t outta luck, BC we keep getting the runaround on these things, where it feels like we need to become a Sleeptech ourselves to resolve anything, nvm reach the stage of "proper management".

Using a thin pillow only applies to sleeping on your back. for your side you need a pillow that keeps your head in a neutral position.

Update: Have been wearing neckbrace & trying other things, some changes, but not seeing the correlations…

Hi Apneaboard folk,
hope all is decently well with you all.
Still at a bit of a loss, I'm mouth taping really tightly & still getting mouth leaks, I don't get it, I've even tried varying the types of mouth tape. Am sleeping with no pillow, towel pillow, towel under neck, etc. Managed to get AHI<5, most nights, but still not seeing the pattern. Still feeling fatigued, & having increasing chronic pain due to other co-morbidities? I'm not sure what else I could tweak that I haven't already tried tweaking.
Yesterday's data
Current Daily Setting
Monthly?
Looking at this thread, again. I'm not sure if I followed all of the suggestions previously, but I really did try. Just really confused/struggling on the daily still, stuck in medical limbo.
I *think* I've had some success w/ slipping a towel under my neck? I'm just not sure of potential co-morbidities (e.g. hypermobility?) causing weird data. Any assistance/awareness w/ such co-morbidities would be deeply appreciated. I'm not sure if I can actually side-sleep now, my left side is giving me issues (I had some good nights sleeping at a 10 degree angle, but I think it's staying in position that is difficult to get right. At this point, I'm considering pulling out the webcam recordings to observe myself sleeping, I really don't know what's up. Can't see any pattern/correlation to this, & I'm tried my damnedest to learn how to data-read, both here & on SleepHQ.com.

Hey Mossify.
If mouth breathing, you really need to get a full face mask to cover your mouth.
I just went thru this, after 30+ years of CPaP.
The tape hurts, etc.!!!
That will make things concrete on that front.
Then get a neck collar, there are a few online suggested by this group.
That will help with neck tucking where the throat area gets restricted by your pillow etc.
Make pressure changes slowly, 0.2 per night, but give a couple nights at one setting to see results and determine how to make next adjustment.
AND, READ ALL material on this website!!!!
That is my personal story, and i'm sure similar to many others who have had success here.
Your story is very familiar to me and others i'm sure, feeling frustrated.

I disagree that full-face masks are better. They tend to leak like crazy. Pillows masks with tape work wonderfully well. I learned that I had to use 2-inch wide tape cut about 5 1/2 inches long. As to tape removal hurting I came up with a solution some time ago:

Machine: ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask: Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution
