[Pressure] Using BiPap Resmed Aircurve 10, still exhausted, good O2 Levels

RE: Using BiPap Resmed Aircurve 10, still exhausted, good O2 Levels
Thank you again for your help! The new SD card is recording the detailed data as of last night, but previous nights still haven't been written to the card (oddly enough). I'm attaching my detailed report after going through Sleeprider's settings for Oscar! Any input would be incredible, desperate for a solution.

That's great! With the Vauto set to EPAP min 5, PS 4, max pressure 11.0, Your two OA events and the peaks of flow limit and snores from 23:45 to 00:15, are likely the result of some brief chin-tucking (positional obstruction). It's very good therapy I'll link to the positional apnea wiki for your consideration. It seems mild and infrequent. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea

Thank you Sleeprider! So you're saying the therapy is near perfect, albeit some positional obstruction?
I'm so lost, because if that's the case, I have no idea where my fatigue could be coming from.
Regardless I'll look into getting a soft cervical collar to improve the sleep in any way possible.
I'm adding my second night of sleep results, not sure if this indicates the same information as the first night's.

I do not see your treated sleep breathing in general, nor your therapy in particular as obstacles to restful sleep. This is a problem fixed, so I do think you look elsewhere for the source of your continuing fatigue. There are so many possibilities I can't begin to list, but it is very common for people using CPAP / BPAP to focus on their therapy that the cause or solution to these problems. Your pressure is in a small range, and I don't see a lot of spikes suggesting sleep arousal. You could try fixed EPAP pressure to eliminate that possibility, but, while there is no way to know for certain, I really don't think your issues are sourced from the therapy.

Thank you so much Sleeprider, I think I'll have to dive even deeper into this fatigue issue and see a few more specialists. Enormously helpful, thank you. And I hope someone else finds this thread in the future and it helps them!
