Question about how AirSense 10 acquires information.
How does the AirSense 10 gather data on SpO2 and sleep state?

RE: Question about how AirSense 10 acquires information.
It doesn't. There are no sensors for either of those. Some people use fitness watches or use recording oximeters and that is often used in posts. Well, Resmed does have an Oximetry kit and module that plugs into the device, but it is very expensive to buy at about $1000 USD, and we don't see it on the forum very often. It is reviewed here: https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread...-10-SERIES

With a very specific oximeter, it is expensive, it gathers oxygen sat data.

I know of no sleep data that is gathered.

So when I see charts posted here that have that information, it's coming from somewhere else? I'd link the chart that prompted the question here, but I'm not sure how kosher it is to link to someone else's charts.

Typically OSCAR is used here. OSCAR accepts input from a variety of pulse Oximeters and sleep monitors in addition to the data from the CPAP itself
