AirSense 11 data backup

I want to create a backup SD card of my data from my AirSense 11 in case something happens to my primary 16GB SD card.

I am using a Mac Pro using Mojave OS.  If I copy all the files and folders off the primary SD card to a new formatted FAT32 Master Boot Record 16GB SD card, will the AirSense 11 recognize and work with the newly created SD card?  I can use two card readers and copy from primary card to the new backup card.

I don't think you will have any problems with a backup SD card, as long as you copy ALL the files.
