If you set your Min Pressure to 10.8 cmH2O, approximately the "median pressure" from a couple of your previous OSCAR Reports.

I think you will have an easier transition to sleep, and that will keep your EPAP above 7 cmH2O, where most people are more comfortable as their minimum pressure.

The only oximetry I have is from My sleep study ..
Which is why I'm going back to the polmonologist ..

Its good that you are going in to see your Pulmonologist. Last September My family caught a nasty respiratory illness, My O2 is just this last month started to climb back above 90% SpO2.Avg.
