RE: ResMed AirCurve 10 S ?
Thanks for your comments, Sleeprider. They put my mind at ease.
Will try a reduce EPAP of 12 this evening and see how it goes.

Well, it has been almost 10 days since I’ve been sleeping with the Resmed AirCurve Auto set at 20/11 PS 4. I really enjoy the ease of breathing at the lower pressures with the number of mask leaks awakening me greatly diminished.
The event numbers each night are quite similar (see attachment). Most of the night is spent sleeping on either side. I do suffer from arthritic positional pain every few hours causing the shift from side to side. The CA’s tend to clump up near the end of the sleep cycle because I shift to sleeping on my back.
The number of hypopnea/obstructive events have been reduced from the old cpap pressure of 17-20. The CA events are more difficult to differentiate between the Resmed and the Dream Station CPAP machine. (The Dream Station recorded fewer CA’s but also recorded quite a few ‘periodic breathing’ events so I’m thinking it may be a toss-up there)?
Current numbers are running between 1.8 and 3.2 with mostly CA events. Are the number of CA events of concern at these numbers, pressures and time period?
