So does this mean that the article was written in 2000. Looks that way to me but I am not familiar with Australian copyright notices.
My point about the product codes that this article apparently applies to is that none of them are S9 Autoset, S9 VPAP S, S9 VPAP Auto, Airsense 10, or Aircurve 10.
