ResScan programs coexistence.

Being a user of Resscan 5.0 which worked good with my Lumis 150 and other older machines, after getting Resmed Air Sense 10 for experimenting, 5.0 version refused to read and analyze SD data. Recent download of 5.9 is ready for installation and will read Air Sense card. The vital question to well "digitalized" forum members is: how would new version install on the same machine go? Will it show as a new program? Would it conflict with existing install? Would it imbed itself in existing install? and what about the existing data on 5.0 version? I would not like to loose several years worth of vital info. Thank you for any tips. BZ
