Resmed 11 Bluetooth Data Transfer
Hello dear forum users. I was transferring data via Bluetooth on my newly purchased device in the first days, but when I changed a few settings, the data transfer stopped. I searched and could not find clear information, but after trying for a few nights, I realized that the settings I changed caused this. The setting I made was the time zone setting. The resmed software and devices do not support the +3 +4 time zone settings, and if this is selected, the data transfer stops. To fix this, you must first enter the myair application from the website and select the time zone section from the profile settings, and I selected the -5 time zone. It does not end there, I also set the time zone setting on the device to -5, and then my device started transferring data via bluetooth. I hope it helps you. By the way, I definitely do not use cellular data, but my data is transmitted to the main site with the myair application, I can see it on the web.
