New Respironics DS with OSCAR Combine Data?

New Respironics DS with OSCAR Combine Data?
I must not be using the right keywords in my searches to find an answer that I'm almost positive has to have already been posted... just had my Dreamstation replaced with an identical unit (failed in warranty). New one didn't come with a new SD card. Popped my original SD card into it and now I've got 2 folders on the SD card under the folder "P-SERIES", one with the old unit's partial serial and another new folder with the new unit's partial serial. I created a new profile in OSCAR and moved the old machine's data off the SD card so I'm "starting over" but is there a way to combine my new and old machines into the same profile in OSCAR? Do I do that in the software or do I copy all the sub-folders into the new machine's partial serial folder as if it was that machine's data all along and then reimport it all from the SD card?

You just shouldn't have changed anything to the card. OSCAR would have imported the new data in the same profile and you could hardly see a change...
But that is still possible when you import in your profile.
You can also make separate profiles for each machine, next to your combined one...

So you're saying if I just put my SD card back to how it was, with 2 folders under the main "P-SERIES" folder, one folder for old machine data and the new folder for the new machine it created after the fist night's use... that if I plug that into the PC, load up my one and only (original) OSCAR profile, and do SD Card Import it'd find the new machine's data and "append" it?

You are correct. Your user account will continue as usual. A notation will be made on the Statistics page of the new serial number.

Ok thanks. I'll give it a try again. That's what I tried to to initially but OSCAR seems to lock up/freeze on me, but perhaps it's just chewing on figuring out what's going on and I was being impatient... perhaps it's got something to do with there only being 65MB of data from the old machine but it's across 80,000+ files? Anyway, I'll give it another shot.
