Resmed Pulse Oximeter - Nonin 3150 BLE Purchase

RE: Resmed Pulse Oximeter - Nonin 3150 BLE Purchase
I was told by my res-tech that I should reset my date and time in the clinician menu. And, if I wanted to load my data to either ResScan or Oscar, wait until after 1 pm and before any nap to ensure the data would be written to the card prior to starting a new session when I turn the machine on. I asked why, if the device writes the data after 12 pm -- his answer was to allow for variations in time.

Unfortunately I'm still having a problem. I had two sessions. One started last night bedtime and then middle of the night I removed the mask, putting it back on maybe an hour later? Finished out the night and woke this morning. So two sessions. Waiting until after noon to pull the SD. Import to Oscar and.... nothing. Not even the first session. The strange part is that the files have a date/time stamp in the future- today at 1:28PM when it's only 12:28

The time variance is due to DST. Your CPAP will display normal time on November 3, 2024, 90 days.

Are you sure you have the BLE version and not the Bluetooth version?

Absolutely. The serial number on the back ends in BLE, and I've gotten SPO2 data on short naps imported just fine in Oscar. But whenever I've used it for extended hours, it fails to import. Thank you for your help.
