Resmed airsense 11 settings CPAP vs APAP

Resmed airsense 11 settings CPAP vs APAP
The airflow in my Resmed airsense 11 Auto is constant.  I am treating for central apnea, and wonder what the settings are for that.  I have all the other setting figured out and adjusted, but it does not seem that the air flow changes with my events.  Is there a setting I should change for APAP.

Hi Puffy Cheeks, can you be more specific with your request?

Are you trying to setup your Resmed Airsense 11 to better treat your central apneas? If so, there are some tweaks but true central apneas are handled by more advanced devices.

Please post an OSCAR chart, but read the link in my signature “Organising your OSCAR Charts” to get the formatting correct.

What diagnosis leads to understand you are being treated for central sleep apnoea? That diagnosis is typically prescribed an ASV or bilevel, not an APAP. You may have central apnoeic events, but not CSA.
