Resmed change from Aircurve 10 to Resmed Aircurve 11
I recently changed my Bipap machine from the Resmed Aircurve 10 Vauto to the Aircurve 11 Vauto and cannot download the data from the Aircurve 11 SD card for  the Oscar program. Comes up with the error can't find valid data. I have no problem reading data into Sleep HQ. I have created a new user profile with a new name but don't know how to enter the machine model and manufacturer in the user profile. Is this done when the program reads the data from the SD card. Would appreciate any ideas to solve my problem.

Are you using the latest version of OSCAR? Do you have a new SD card in the new machine?
