Thank you for your input. Right now I’m not sleeping well with my Philips machine though I did just restart with it. I’ve been using a dental device to treat for a while. It helps some nights but I still don’t sleep that well with it.

RE: Restarting CPAP
I started with a Philips Apap, but I obtained a ResMed Airsense 10 because of the recall.  I was happily surprised at how much better and more comfortably I slept from then on.  I would never go back to a PR machine.  Some prefer them, but most on this board like the ResMeds better.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution

RE: Restarting CPAP
I made the adjustments to my PR DS as suggested and here are the 2 nights results.  I know it's a short sample.

I also received my AirSense 11 and set up as suggested.  I used it last night and attached the first usage.  Numbers much better than my PR machine.  Hopefully this continues.

Yes, it looks like a decent improvement. Congrats.

RE: Restarting CPAP
The AirSense 11 seems to be working well so far.  My AHI numbers seem to be inconsistent though.  Over the last 11 days of usage, my AHI has averaged 2.34 with an average usage of 6:55.  I just changed from Auto climate settings to manual.  The air seems to warm for me.

Here are the last 3 days of usage.
