You can go as far as nothing you are well treated at a pressure of 4, which is the machines min. And if you have reason to suspect it may be gone then schedule a sleep test to prove it. There is no other way to prove that you are "cured".

@arunjb Your current settings are 4/10, so does your machine stay on 4 throughout the night?
If the machine raises the pressure substantially above 4, it seems to me the algorithm is detecting signs which may indicate disordered breathing. Can you post a daily graph set from OSCAR? Then some f the very smart and experienced people in this forum may give you some useful insight.
