On my therapy settings, I don't have an EPAP max, I only have IPAP Max, EPAP min, PS Min and PS max.  I have my IPAP Max set to 10 and my EPAP min set to 6, is that correct?

Here is my Sleepy Head Data from last night using the settings I had of IPAP max 10, EPAP min 6.  My AHI improved.

If you set your IPAP max to 16, and keep your other settings, you will fall close into the parameters suggested by Sleeprider.

EPAP min 6
IPAP max 16
PS min 4
PS max 6

The machine will have a max EPAP of 12 if not changeable.

My fault. I have both a Resmed and Respironics, but use the Resmed almost exclusively. The settings on that are EPAP min, EPAP Max and PS. The Respironics uses EPAP min, PS min, PS max and IPAP max. So my suggested settings were complete, but just disregard EPAP max:
EPAP min 6.0
PS min 4.0
PS max 6.0
IPAP max (max pressure) 16.0
BiFlex 1 or 2 for comfort.

Good results last night, and I think the extra range in these settings will remedy the remaining hypopnea.
