S9 Humidifier - blue or yellow?

S9 Humidifier - blue or yellow?
When I set my humidifier number (typically 3.5) sometimes the screen is yellow and sometimes it's blue (depending on pressing the set button). Either way, it doesn't seem as if much water is used in my chamber when I wake up. Should the humidifier screen be blue or red while it's running? Does it make any difference?

I don't know if you are starting the preheat mode or not, someone will be able to tell you soon. Preheat would get the humidity going earlier and change the screen color. The question becomes are you getting dried out or not? It may be more humid so it uses less water? You can turn up if you need to or just put in less water. When did the red screen come up? I think you meant yellow or blue, just kidding. Good luck.

RE: S9 Humidifier - blue or yellow?
It changes from blue to yellow when you turn the dial to make a change. When you're done making changes, if you push down on the button it will "set" your changes and turn blue.
By the way, welcome to our humble little home away from home!

Agree with retired_guy. It has to do with mode for making changes. Yellow is the mode for turning your knob to make change. Push the knob down after making a change to blue and your setting is retained.

Yellow = change....Blue = set. Gotcha. Thanks, everybody! This seems like a no-brainer, but I don't have a brain. So, there ya go!
