SD Card in AirSense 11 missing data

SD Card in AirSense 11 missing data
I have an AirSense 11 and try to update OSCAR weekly with my sleep data via the SD card.  Today the SD Card had no new data.  But the last data in OSCAR was Feb 20.  (OK, it has been longer than a week).

Is there any way to get the missing data onto the SD card so I can load into OSCAR?

Is there any way to ensure that the SD Card is inserted into the AirSense 11 correctly?  I hate missing several weeks of data.

Is the SD Card the only way to get the data out of the CPAP and into my PC / OSCAR?

Thanks for all comments.

RE: SD Card in AirSense 11 missing data
The SD card is currently the only way to transfer data from the machine to OSCAR. The detailed data is written to the SD card in realtime as you use the machine, so there is no way to get it back.

When you insert the SD card into the machine properly it should pop-up a notice about “Preparing SD card…” or similar message. Was it possible that the SD card was write-locked by mistake?

One thing I have noticed is on rare occasion when I switch CPAP machines and load the data into OSCAR, I need to stop and restart OSCAR to get it to show the data. I have not tried to troubleshoot this as it is not a big deal. Worth a try if you have not already done so.

RE: SD Card in AirSense 11 missing data
Thanks for the response. This is similar to what I already thought. CPAP writes to SD CARD in real time.

My SD Card is / was unlocked and has worked for about 10 months. I think I read somewhere that the AirSense 11 does not read the Card lock switch.

I started OSCAR fresh and loaded the SD Card in the computer.

My CPAP is kind of difficult to get to and to view the screen. I did reinstall the SD Card and the screen did display a message for about 1 sec. Much too fast for my 75 year old eyes to read.

To be safe, I guess I will have to upload the data more often to make sure I'm not missing large blocks of data.

thanks again
