SD card data wont load
Resscan will load data for the whole year but sleepy head will only load two days

If you just started using the software and been using the machine for the whole year with the SD card inserted in the machine all the time ... you would only get 30 days of detailed data (graphs) and up to 365 days of summary data
SleepHead does not show any data at all if no detailed data found on the card

Detailed data written directly on the card (not stored in the machine internal memory). Put the card in the computer. On the Sleepyhead software select your user profile, then "Import," and choose "New Location." Make sure the new location you give it is where the sdcard is now residing.
If that doesn't work: Check the dates showing on the Sleepyhead program. Is something strange about them? Are they the right month, day, year? You might try "purging" the data from the Sleepyhead program and let it start over. (Top row, Data, Advanced, Purge CPAP Data)
