Sackman101 - As noted above, it is best to keep all therapy related posts in one thread. This provides the reader a history of previous settings and results. For this reason, I have merged your previous 3 threads into one. Please use this thread for all posts that relate to your therapy. I also changed the thread title to be more inclusive. The new title is, "Sackman101 - Therapy Request". A PM is being sent to you to also confirm this action.

No problem, I'm just trying to help keep your thread organized.
Be aware you'll still have good and bad nights.

Hi Everyone
Been about 3 weeks since my last post.
I wanted to share an update of the last 2 evening to give a sense of where I am at.
Feeling like its pretty good.
Based off the attached - should I just stick with current settings, or any other observations..
Thanks
Sean
Your data looks very good! Which mask have you been using?
The only thing I see is a little higher flow limitation than we like, but I don't see that dropping any further unless utilizing higher pressures, which could cause you more grief, like leaks and CA's, etc.
The most important thing now is that you're using a mask that's comfortable and that you are getting enough sleep.
I suggest staying where you are with the current settings, unless something changes.

Thanks both !
Been using the P10 and N20 - switch it up - P10 hurts the nostrils then switch to mask for a few nights, but both seem okay
Will touch base in a few weeks.
Keep well all.
