Seeing more UA and CA - due to being sick or AFIB med?

I would suggest the leaking is from your mouth, are you using a chin strap ? Although your profile says your using a full face mask

It's not mouth leaks. The F20 mask isn't cutting it. You might want to consider trying a pillow mask to cut down the leaks. Check out Mask primer on the link below. I'd recommend giving the Resmed P10 a shot.

Amazingly good results, with exception of leaks, Much lower pressure than I would have guessed....doctor wins this one. I would have thought a higher EPAP was needed, but yet, here we are with great results.

4-16, is just a bit better than 4-20, given the max epap tirated was 14. It does allow the machine to settle where it wants to, in response to OSA.
What has my curiosity, is why the titration had 14/10 as the titrated pressure. What factors were being considered, that had 14/10 as the best?

Guys, I spoke too soon.....Last night was TERRIBLE again! I woke up multiple times with my Contec SP02 monitor going off, because my oxygen going down! One time to 78%. 

See first two screenshots. Had a 22sec OA, followed by 46sec OA. Right before this event, it was IPAP: 12.87, EPAP: 8.87. And even when it ramped up to IPAP:14.82, EPAP:10.82, I had that 46sec OA.

I had other apneas lasting longer time too. Two UA lasting 35-36sec long. I feel like crap this morning since I kept waking up with O2 dropping. I'm calling my doctor office and going to send these screenshots to him if i can. I can't live like this anymore. In sleep study, I slept good using their machine, and being titrated there. But then I get home, and use my auto-machine, and have these issues. 

The two previous nights with my APAP 7-14 EPR1, I slept better, then with this BIPAP. Either they dont have BIPAP set correctly or something else is going on. The BIPAP was reaching up to IPAP 16 at times, which is higher then my APAP, and still I had obstructions.

I was using my neck pillow tonight too, to keep my neck straight. Any thoughts if this BIPAP needs adjusting or something else going on?

That big desat corresponds to a 30 second OA, followed by a 45 second event pretty clearly. The desaturation shows the same double-dip as the two events. I'm not certain that your problem is more pressure as you seem to cruise along just fine near minimum pressure, then start having disrupted sleep, leaks and events after a few hours. This may be changes in sleep position or dropping your chin which cuts off the airway. It looks like this caused an arousal. Do you have any awareness of the position you awoke in at 03:20? the fact that you sleep quietly for hours, then suddenly have events and leaks is odd, and after a good night of therapy this looks like it may be more positional than therapy related. I can only guess.

At 3:20 my sleep position was the same as when i layer down. On my back , with my head tilted slightly back on my ergonomic neck pillow. I may have had my head slightly turned to left but that was it.

I'm at sleep doctor now going to talk to nurse. But then im going directly to my dentist to have an impression done for dental appliance. I am desperate and this is affecting my sleep and heart.

Yesterday for unknown reason, I came home from work, bent down to pick something up, and had major palpitations and extra beats. My Kardia ECG picked up the extra beats and I called my cardiologist last night. He will review results today. 

But i agree, i think more pressure wont solve problem. Something like my tongue or something is obstructing my airway. And the machine can't get around it, no matter what pressure setting.

I am infuriated and confused. My sleep doctor either incompetent or something. They downloaded my BiPAP machine results and reviewed it. His nurse told me the doctor said I had ZERO events for last night and doing good. Doctor said what I'm seeing in sleepyhead must be "artifacts".

Im not sure what software he uses to view results but why would it contradict what sleep head software shows me?

I told them I'm having oxygen desaturations and showed them the printout again. But the nurse acted like she didn't really know what my printout of the sleep head charts was.

I left empty handed and tired.

I guess I have no choice to go now to dentist to get dental appliance.

Sleepyhead does not lie. Your machine will have the same events on-screen, and any ResScan software would also show it. The events are clearly confirmed in the flow rate which is a 5-hz data line of your respiration. I understand your frustration. The doctor probably did not do the download and would have relied on a nurse or tech who got it wrong.

If you have a mobile device, you know you can always bring up Apnea Board and select your attachments to show the doctor the images, or just save them as part of your pictures on the device. To save an image from Apnea board (Apple iPhone), select the image and hold your thumb on the image to get a menu option to Save image. It will then be available for email or showing on your phone just as you do with any other photo.

I printed out sleepyhead charts and showed nurse. She took them and scanned them in and said doctor looked at them. Doctor said it must be artifacts or something since he saw zero events in his softwares

I think they use AirView. 

I am frusfrusted they lied to me or didn't look at results. I I think he just wants me to use the bipap so they can then sell one to my insurance. I dont know. I'm confused why yhey said zero events. I clearly had events and heart racing and O2 low levels.
