Is there anything I can do at home? The reason why I ask is that we’re off for the week for festivities and I haven’t been able to sleep since...
I really appreciate any kind of help I can receive...
Thank you

Service Required
I’ve started using the CPAP - Philips DreamMapper - since mid-June. I’ve never used one before. I’ve cleaned& washed it and changed the filter. Since the past week I can’t make it work and a notification appears stating “Service Required”. Can someone please tell me what that means and what I’m supposed to do?

RE: Service Required
It means that you must return the unit for service due to a detected fault. Many new-fangled electronics can self-diagnose, as automobiles have done for ages now. Yours is telling you that a component is failing/has failed, and that the device cannot deliver the therapeutic treatment you need as it stands. You'll need to exchange it, get a loaner, or at least return it for warranty repair. Contact your supplier, or the outlet, or the manufacturer for a return authorization so that they'll take it back and return/replace as they see fit.

RE: Service Required
Nadia,
Where did you purchase your Cpap? The only thing to do is to contact the supplier. Is the machine covered under warranty?
