Service Required Message
    Hi everyone!!
I hope someone can assist me on this error message that I have on my Dreamstation. I have ptsd and jerked upright while sleeping the other night. The cpap shifted forward and was tilted downward for a few seconds. Now when I start the machine it errors to this screen that reads:

Service Required

031920-10837

I have read where folks claim that error messages only begin with an E however this is what I see.
I also have not been able to find this code anywhere so far.

Thank you,

Jim

RE: Service Required Message
I have a PDF service manual for the DreamStation (original white version) which I believe is the machine you have from the image you posted. There are no service codes listed in the service manual similar to the one you have and I sort of think the only means to decode that number might be using the service software which is not available to the public.
In the service manual I did find a section on error messages and the screenshot below is as close as I could find to what you have in the display.
If using the humidifier, is there a chance it tipped in such a way to spill water into the machine?
