Is there a program out there where you can input your CPAP data and get your settings configured to what pressure you should be on Min-Max? Im tired of looking at Oscar and just guessing what my pressure should be. It's getting me nowhere tbh. Ill use 11-13 and then ill be like okay well this is waking me up, so ill lower it and then im like well im not breathing good enough and waking up, etc etc. Not sure what's going on but this needs to be easier. Any programs out there that can help with this? Thank you.

I guess you can ask ChatGPT, but chances are it will be garbage. Why not post some charts and ask the nice people around here instead of guessing then ?
