Sleep monitors
Hello! Long time no see.

I used the search function here but no joy with my question.

I would like to know details of my circadian rhythm.

My AHI is effectively zero but my sleep is less than I would hope for.
Part of it being a 72 yr male but I cannot change that.  Rolleyes
I searched the net for "sleep monitors" but all I have found must be paired to a smart phone.

I do not have and do not want a smartphone...
It is not that I don't understand computers it is because I do understand computers.

I would be happy to find a sleep monitoring device not requiring a smart phone I fear they do not exist.

Anyone know of such a device?

Thank for your time.
