Better? but still not great.... some leaks but better I think.
It'll be a few days until I can get a new pillow to try. Anything I should be doing in the meantime? Or is the positional apnea the most important thing to focus on right now?
So i picked up a therapeutic pillow from my Chiro/Physio a couple nights ago and thought the results were interesting.
Im basically easing into it, sleeping with the pillow until it wakes me up and feels uncomfortable. You can see where I gave up on it by the second ramp (~4 hrs). I didnt really need that ramp, but I wanted to mark the time.
Looks like, with the pillow, ive got lots more H and RERA and Flow Limits. Once I tossed the pillow and went back to my old one, then I had a bit more CA and OA. Less leaks with my old pillow too. My smart watch gave me a sleep score of 99 last night, but I dont think it was *that* good.
My goal is to use the pillow more and more each night as I get used to it.
Finally, I dont think im a big fan of EPR. Is it absolutely necessary? I find my AHI skyrockets into the 20's and I subjectively dont sleep as well.
