What is the difference between these two pressures?

basically how it is displayed
pressure in IPAP or inhale pressure, it's partner is EPAP or exhale pressure. Mask pressure lets you see how these pressures are applied. zoom in and you will see.

I think there's also a difference in the sampling rate (which also affects how it's displayed). If I remember rightly, pressure is only sampled once per second but mask pressure is sampled 25 times per second. This gives you far greater detail when you zoom in - especially important for ASV-type machines.
