Yes of course, but I have just ordered through Systemma (#33).

Sleeprider what is your initial recommendation for settings using the P10. As I am a mouth breather and snorer and tend to drop my mouth open during sleep should I keep using the tape? and as far as pressure should I start at 8 with EPR at 3? Cheers.

You will be able to breathe nasally, but you're in the habit of opening your mouth. The first step is to trust the pressure to deliver the air you require to your nose. I am sitting here typing and breathing through my mouth, but have no trouble setting my jaw and getting good use of the P10 at night. The enabling of nasal breathing is something you have to experience and learn how to contain. I use no aids, but sometimes pull a corner of the pillow between my shoulder and jaw and that works. A memory of preventing air from entering the mouth is something I have naturally without taping. I think rather than worrying about it, let me know what your experience is with this. Allow time for your nasal passages to open and enjoy the free-flow of air. Keep a suction along the top of the tongue so air does not fill your mouth. Both my wife and I can talk under CPAP pressure and control that. Anyone can. I have thought of it a great deal due to my help of members here, but it's really natural and easy. We are talking about fractions of psi over ambient.

In general, nasal therapy can be 1-cm or more less than full-face, but the freedom comes from less pressure on your frontal sinus which makes things you didn't consider possible, happen. There is a nasal pillows setting for the mask type on your machine.

You are probably at the high-end of risk for trying nasal therapy, but your comments at the beginning of this thread suggested motivation. I'm an enabler, so here we are. I really do hope that things work out so you can enjoy the freedom and comfort of nasal therapy vs the full face incarceration.

A little update. While I am waiting for the P10 to arrive from the States the supplier here in NZ has let me trial a N30.

I tried it for an hr during the day and I love it and the freedom of breathing nasally but reminding myself to keep tongue up and mouth shut.

During sleep however was a disaster with and without tape. Every time I would 'drop off ' my mouth breathing would come into play causing terrible sounds and even blowing out the tape, causing me to constantly wake. So at 3am on went the F20 with tape and I got a few hrs sleep.

It's going to take time to train myself to breath nasally which is not natural to me.
