Uploading Wellue O2 Ring Data to Oscar

Uploading Wellue O2 Ring Data to Oscar

When I upload my Wellue ring data to my Windows PC, I get the following window as shown in the attachment. Once there, I manually enter the required directory name into the indicated box. For context, I enter the following:

C:/Users/GGS/AppData/Local/O2 Insight Pro/DATA

Having done so, the data uploads as expected.

Question:

Is there a way to enter the address in a permanent manner so that I do not need to complete the prompt on a daily basis.

I'll tag on to Guillermo's question as well. I think OSCAR at one time seemed to 'remember' where the 'USER' folder was to be found and opened directly, but lately I've been having to go through the motions to get to it starting from the OSCAR folder. Not sure if the 'remembering' of the folder location is a function of OSCAR or something the computers OS does(?)

It remembers on mine. I created a different folder though, instead of the convaluted user/whatever/heck file system. I have an SSD drive I use for data and I created a folder called O2_Data. I told Wellvue/O2 insight to save there. I opened OSCAR and told it where the files were. The next time, I had to do it again but haven't had to since.

I just made a shortcut in my user directory. The funny thing is that then OSCAR started saving the path.

OSCAR will open up the file selector in the processes "current" directory. If you create a shortcut in windows you can edit it (via right-click properties) and set the "Start in" folder to your data folder.

I just got my O2ring (on sale at Walmart online, believe it or not). Also, just started using a Resmed S11. I’ve been having some difficulty uploading the S11 data as well as the O2 Ring data. I added Sleep HQ and Vitome to my iPhone 11 and added O2 insight pro to my windows 11 pc. Hoping to learn how to transfer the data so I can see it on Oscar.

There's another option not yet listed in the wiki. If you created an account when you opened vihealth, you can download from the cloud on your Oscar computer rather than transferring via cable.

If you have an account:
Download oxygen to vihealth on your phone
Open O2Insight pro on the computer
Click "online backup" on upper right
(You should see it counting sessions it sees)
Then go to Oscar and use Data: import viatom/Wellue. import from same directory as described, it'll be different on PC and Mac, on PC it's under your AppData folder under the serial number of your device. Select the files you want to import.

In O2 Insight Pro, I click on the Options button, top left of the screen and then change the folder for the storage of the uploaded files to something convenient. You have a PC so it should work, I think, but maybe not on Macs.
