RE: Felt happy for one week, now back to normal
There's lots of other things that affect happiness. Are there any other stressors in your life? Healthy sleep, or lack of, is just one. Once you start getting some restful sleep, your body celebrated that for a few days - that was one layer it didn't have to deal with any more. And now has to get back to everything else.
