Weird spikes and then I wake up
I've gather some data here and I'm wondering if a helpful person can explain what these circled spikes indicate right before I wake up? Happening every night right now. Is it apnea related or maybe more insomnia/brain related? Thank you in advance for your help!

RE: Weird spikes and then I wake up
That is sleep/wake junk (SWJ). You are in a period of transition between sleep and being awake. It is an arousal.

I see, and no clear cut way to determine what caused them, and more importantly fix them? Thanks

RE: Weird spikes and then I wake up
Also of note, recently bumped my max air pressure to 18 just to see and I don’t seem to be reaching that. I wonder if I should turn the max down and see if it interrupts my sleep less? I don’t know what I’m doing

RE: Weird spikes and then I wake up
Turn the max down to 16cm, and set the response mode to soft instead of standard.
Perhaps the soft mode won't react to the flow limitation as fast, and may keep the pressure from spiking. Give it a couple days and repost.
