wrong day showing up in Oscar

wrong day showing up in Oscar
I have a problem when I load Oscar in the morning it shows the wrong day of therapy.  This morning I woke up and loaded the SD  card and it showed data from Sunday 11/11/24 instead of of Saturday (last night)11/10/24.  I checked the time on the cpap machine and the date and times are correct.  Any help please?

RE: wrong day showing up in Oscar
Seeing that today, Sunday, is November 10th, and not the 11th might be the problem.

I actually just looked at the clinical menu and the date and year are incorrect.  How can I fix this problem without erasing all my data?

You can not go back to a date or time if data already exists. Copy the contents of your SD card to a dedicated directory on your computer then reformat the card (FAT32) and will probably have to reset the data on the CPAP, too. It's been so long since I had to do it, I no longer remember if the latter is required for the A10 series. It will tell you if it's required when you reset the date/time. Also, wait to reinsert the SD card until after you have rest your CPAP. Otherwise, it will write the old summary data to the card that included the incorrect date/time.

So just to understand red, import my data from SD card to Oscar, then go to clinical menu and erase all data, set correct date and time then reinsert card?
Thanks

I have an appointment with my sleep doctor soon.  Will erasing all data on machine not allow my doctor to see my previous months data?

Nope! I said to copy the card's data to a dedicated directory on your computer (e.g.: C:\A10-SDcard), not OSCAR. If you have imported those incorrect dates into OSCAR, you will have to purge them in order for it to read that day's correct data. OSCAR will ignore any date that already contains data.

Got it, then erase all the data on the machine?  Sorry for not understanding correctly.
