Only people in office are his medical assistants, and him. So no luck there. Thanks for the suggestion though.

what about his on call doctor. Most offices have an office manager.

Not in this office unfortunately. And, the on call doctor I was told doesn't handle things like this. That I have to speak directly to my doctor. So, I'm stuck with this lovely brick indefinitely.
