[Symptoms] SpO2 desaturation after 2 minute apnea event

Worrysome SpO2 desaturation after a series of apnea events.  I showed this to my doctor and he "made some changes" to my machine's prescription that I should see soon.  Waiting for these to show up so that I can try them out, but how concerning is this?  Seems like not breathing for almost 2 minutes has consequences.  I also complained of aerophagia so his likely adjustment is to reduce pressure -- how do people ever get this right?
