Still struggling after 4 years!!! Help!!!
Hi everyone - I'm very grateful for this forum and for the experts out there, of whom I am not one, unfortunately.  I've done the best I can to understand the complicated information coming from the OSCAR software, but due to the fact I'm still not getting good refreshing sleep after 4 years, I'm wondering where to go.  I'm in the UK and my NHS sleep team, just say I'm doing great whenever I query my unrefreshing sleep.  I'm using a resmed 10 machine and a nasal mask.  The screenshots I've attached are for a pressure of 7cm and EPR of 3cm. I seem to get a lot of "arousals" where I take what may be a recovery breath, and the tidal volume goes up, but these aren't shown on OSCAR.  The second attachments show one of these typical events.

I've tried multiple variations of different pressures, but the higher the pressure the more problems I have such as large leaks, because I'm a side sleeper. I've tried nasal pillows which work fine at low pressures , but are difficult at higher pressures.  The highest pressure I've got to is 12cm and at that pressure I rarely get more than 4 hours sleep. Has anybody got any suggestions?

Hey, the OSCAR screenshot you attached is zoomed in and not showing the data for the entire night. You can see in the top "Event Flags" chart that it is almost entirely grey with only a small sliver not grey. This sliver is what you have zoomed in to. Once you attach a screenshot that isn't zoomed in someone might be able to give you some advice.

Here's a full guide to chart organisation if you need: https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...ganization
