Another update, I upgraded to a new F&P Vitara FFM a couple of weeks ago, I'm having excellent results hardly any leaks! I think I found the perfect FFM for me!

I now have the same in medium. I've not had many mask variations but this tops all. I've got the F&P Simplus and it's almost as good but Vitera wins big. And despite rumors, F&P do not pay me but the account is open if they're of a mind to deposit.
So I've got mask situation settled for a long time to come. Now for the right machine to blow through the mask.

Its a great mask!
I still have the dry mouth issue, I've been taking Xyletol capsules, you can also get strips.
I get up and have some water and go to sleep.

My two cents worth:   
When I am frustrated with my therapy,    it helps me SOME   to work on my attitude.    I try to practice being   THANKFUL,     even if I don't feel thankful.    
"I am thankful for my CPAP machine..."    Or   "Thank you, God, for my CPAP machine."     Or    "Thank you,   Higher Power, for my CPAP machine."     
"I am thankful for the people who  encourage me to continue with my sleep therapy."

Sometimes,  if we can see the humor in the situation...

One evening,  my husband coached me to   "put on my scuba gear."      I like that expression.

One day ,   he  THANKED me for using my CPAP machine.       Hmmm.    He said,  "I like waking  up with you next to me   BREATHING."     "I  sleep better when you sleep better."


I read an article in a diabetes magazine....    something about      with diabetes,    a little better is still  BETTER.     That applies to a lot of challenges, including sleep apnea.

I have been experiencing some bad nights with dry mouth and taking off my CPAP mask lately which is frustrating me.
I've been a CPAP therapy since 2009 which I got used to CPAP therapy in the beginning but lately not so good..sometimes i'm lucky to get 6 hrs on CPAP therapy.
I have a sleep study appointment scheduled but since the covid outbreak it has been delayed.
I have gained weight over the years, probably requiring an increase of pressure on my CPAP machine.
I will try to contact my sleep doctor maybe he could adjust my pressure remotely on my Resmed Airsense 10 required to better control my apneas.
I too have to work on my attitude and not to hate my CPAP therapy even with some discomfort lately.
i have to be grateful that without CPAP therapy my risks would be greater for heart and stroke.
I will have to say also to myself to put on my scuba gear..
