RE: 1st Night Using CPAP
You had a lot of centrals. We suggested to set the trigger to very high - it is set to med. The trigger setting to very high will help with the centrals. Your mode is till set to cpap not vauto, please set the mode to vauto.

RE: 1st Night Using CPAP
As an addendum, this machine is an AirCurve10 VAuto. The only treatment options available are VAuto, S, and CPAP.
In the CPAP mode, there is NO option to adjust Triggering and Cycling. Maybe I'm using the wrong therapy protocol? Many thanks Stacey! Looks like I'm using the wrong treatment protocol. I will follow your instructions and report back.

Your, and the groups comments are welcomed. I'm old and slow, but persistent

RE: 1st Night Using CPAP
Everything looks better. You did have one grouped O events when you first went to sleep. That might be positional apnea. That is when you sleep in a position that cuts off your own airway. Back sleeping can cause it or just dropping your chin to your sternum cutting off your own airway. Don't worry about on small set of events of positional apnea but keep your eye on it in OSCAR. IF you get more and it happens several times at night you will need to look into using a collar to keep your chin up.
