RE: Tampa FL forgot Resmed Power Supply at home
Thanks for everyone's help. I found a used RS10 autoset in Facebook marketplace yesterday for a hundred bucks and slept great last night. I did learn though that mine has over 19000 hours (the used one has 15000) so will be looking for a new replacement in the near future. At least I have a spare for now.

Glad you found a solution that let you sleep. I have been in the same situation, and understand the desperation of being without the therapy. Really lights a fire under you to solve the problem.

Just a thought ... my suitcase has an 8.5" x 11" laminated page inside it.
Only a few words printed on both sides ... "CPAP and Espresso Machine". We've managed to forget both in the past. No longer, easy cheap fix. Remove the note when packed up properly, place it back after returning. Take care and best wishes on getting a new machine for your therapy.
