The worst steps of the Apnea

The worst steps of the Apnea
I think your AHI should be more than 50 or 60 to experience something similar but who knows lets see, how many times do you wake up because of Suffocation AKA Choking the best word I think is Throttling or Clog there are more than 10 similar words!! Please tell me the best word, English my 2nd language.

Was super tired slept in the living room without my device and woke up like I was 10 minutes under the water, yes I know that you know what I mean.
This happens to me approximately 1 time every 15 naps without a machine.

I called it the worst because your brain says that's it he/she must wake up.

What is your AHI Did you experience something similar before?

My AHI is 82.7 according to my last sleep test, wondering who has the highest number here!!

RE: The worst steps of the Apnea
Lots of people wake up feeling like they are not getting enough air, even when their sleep study did not report enormously high apnea. Usually, it is because their pressure settings are too low.  If you download and post from Oscar, a free program that gives a good report of every night's sleep, then we will be able to help you set better machine settings so that you can breathe better.  Smile
