RE: I'm a newbie
So first night happened last night. I wore the mask for 3 hours 55 minutes and had 61 events per hour! Not good hey?

RE: I'm a newbie
are you on "5" bc your provider wants you to get used to the device before increasing? It is very likely that is not enough to prevent events. Were you titrated in a sleep lab for a pressure that will prevent events? Which model is your ResMed Airsense 10? Did your sleep study show predominately OSA or Hypopnea events?
