[Treatment] Expansion Sphincter Pharyngoplasty (ESP)

Hi,
I'm new on this site and was hoping for some input from people who have had Expansion Sphincter Pharyngoplasty surgery. My doctor thinks this is the best option for me after my sleep endoscopy. CPAP and oral appliance never worked. I still snore like a train because my airway is very narrow. Would appreciate any input from actual ESP patients. Thanks!
