And khanfahad, once your AHI is usually around 2 or less, what matters the most is how you feel. The hard part there, as mesenteria says, is that you may need to be patient and wait for gradual improvement over time.
I’m not competent to advise you about settings, but I do notice your snore chart is pretty busy. Do you think you snore a lot?

ropinirol, brand name Requip. I'm so excited I've been chirping about it in several of threads. I've only tried gabapentin and this ropinirol for periodic limb movement and while it's only been a week with the ropinirol, it seems to be working really well (knock on wood). I don't remember what 'normal' feels like but how I feel now is the first time in ages that I've thought 'this is what I've been striving for all this time'.
