RE: New user struggling to wake up refreshed
In the mean time I have gotten used to mouth taping without the "chipmunk cheeks". A collar helps a lot.
Attached is what I see in Oscar a lot, which correlates with my awakenings (as I have sometimes timed/noted myself, or picked up by my Pixel Watch 3). Can anybody explain to me what is happening here and what I could do about it? I am not really sure how to interpret this as the issue seems to be with exhalation......
Typical flow rate identified as my main challenge for a good nights sleep:
