I would stay on constant pressure. No need to add a new variable when the pressure is in the low range anyways.

Hi, your last two graphs were well presented, with just the 5 key graphs needed. But In the left hand window, below statistics, the settings section is still obscured.
To fix this, try going into Preferences/Appearance/application font, and reduce this from the default value of 10, down to 8. Hope this will work.

The AHI figure changes daily, so any conclusion can only be drawn from the average of a couple of weeks.
Now, you have an excellent flow limit figure at the instrument APAP-generated pressure. Your AHI figure does not include the flow limit, but its high value measured in the previous CPAP regime dictates that your pressure was low. The few CAs will disappear within a few weeks as your brain adjusts to the higher oxygen and lower carbon dioxide concentrations in your blood. To make your sleep more comfortable and reduce the frequency of pressure adjustments while staying in this APAP mode, increase your minimum pressure to 9 cm to be closer to the 95% value (9.60) reported by the device and remain on EPR 3. With this setting, you will have a similar experience as with your earlier CPAP session. However, you will also have the benefit of the instrument adjusting the pressure when occasionally needed.

I'll give it a couple of weeks and will report back. Thanks very much for your assistance!

Hey Sowo, I am having a very similar experience to you, and I’m wondering how increasing the pressure helped if at all and if the EPR had an effect?
